Where do you ship currently?
We ship nationwide to all 50 states, military bases, and internationally. The free shipping over $40 does not apply to international shipping. Shipping rates are determined in your cart through the checkout process. However, international rates do not include import taxes or customs fees. Those are paid by the customer and not by Lisa's. How do I earn free shipping?
When you spend $40 subtotal for orders in the United States you earn free shipping! Subtotal means before taxes and after applied discount codes. Free shipping does not apply to international orders now that includes Canada.
Are your products gluten free?
All flavors of our popcorn are gluten free with the exception of Cookies N' Cream. The Oreos that are added to the white chocolate contain gluten.
Are there vegetarian/vegan options?
All of our flavors are vegetarian. However, only our candied and nut flavors are vegan.
I have various food allergies. Can I still eat your popcorn?
Lisa's recipes are popped in either canola or coconut oil. Coconut is classified as a tree nut, and several of our recipes include pecans, cashews, almonds, Brazil nuts, and macadamia nuts. Lisa's facility also processes soy and milk products. Customers with nut/dairy allergies should exercise caution as cross contamination between flavors can occur. All our flavors are gluten free with the exception of Cookies N' Cream, as the Oreos incorporated in the recipe do contain gluten. We are a peanut and sesame seed oil free facility.
How long does your popcorn stay fresh?
Our popcorn is popped daily and packaged as soon as it cools. Once our product is sealed, it has a shelf life of nine months. Once opened, we recommend keeping the product sealed between snacking to retain maximum freshness.
How much is the subscription box?
Our 6 Pack Subscription is $29.99 with shipping included. Our 4 Pack Subscription is $19.99 plus $5 for shipping. Our 2 Pack Subscription is $9.99 plus $10 for shipping. If you live outside of the United States, you can sign up for a subscription box as well but shipping will be included. Your international rate will populate during the shipping process once the shipping address has been entered. Duty/Import fees are not included in your price. Please determine if those are required in your area so you are not surprised with additional fees upon delivery. Can I customize my own subscription box?
Absolutely! When shopping through the flavors you would like in your box, select the flavor you would like to add to your box and then the Subscription Box button. After you have picked six, four, or two flavors, you have created your box! You can also have duplicates of flavors if you have a favorite.
Can I change my popcorn flavors between shipments?
Yes! Just email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your information and flavor requests. The changes will be reflected on your next order as long as they are requested at least three days prior to your subscription billing date.
Can I gift a subscription to someone?
Absolutely! Our popcorn is the deliciously thoughtful gift that keeps giving all year. When purchasing a subscription, enter your billing information and then the shipping information of the individual you would like to receive the popcorn monthly.
How often are subscriptions delivered?
You can select to receive your box either monthly or every two weeks.
Can I pause my subscription?
Yes! Once paused, you can reactivate at any time. If you simply would like to skip a payment, just select skip a payment in your subscription settings or email us at email@example.com to assist you.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance and we will cancel your account. You can always reactivate your subscription in the future.
