Refund Policy

Online Order Policy

We do not accept returns of Lisa's Popcorn due to the perishable nature of the products. We are happy to replace, or issue a credit/refund, of your popcorn should it arrive damaged. Any refunds or replacements must be requested within 30 days of delivery to the address provided in your order. We cannot offer a refund or replacement if more than 30 days have passed since the date of delivery. 

 

Lisa's Popcorn does not provide refunds or replacements for any of the following reasons:

  • Customer ordered incorrect and/or wrong quantity
  • Customer provided the incorrect and/or incomplete address
  • Shipping partner delivered your order earlier than was estimated
  • Customer was not present at time of delivery
  • Customer did not report quality concern(s) within the shelf life of the product
  • Customer consumed more than half of the product
  • Customer refused delivery
  • Item(s) unable to be delivered due to being shipped to a PO Box
  • Item(s) still in transit - if order has been delayed more than two weeks, please email us

 

How to Submit a Request

  1. Make sure your situation meets the requirements outlined in the policy. 
  2. Have your order number and photo(s) of your concerns or damaged product included in your request.
  3. Submit a request to our email at orders@lisaspopcorn.com or give us a call at 385-528-0805.

 

Due to the perishable nature of Lisa's Popcorn, all claims submitted without proper support will not be eligible for reshipment. Thank you for understanding.
